Sue Thomas

Sue Thomas, is the Director of Enrollment, reporting directly to the CEO. Sue is responsible for the leadership and management of Eligibility, Recruitment, Selection, Attendance, and Enrollment (ERSEA). ERSEA tasks are some of the most important work performed by Head Start programs. Sue and her team work to determine eligibility for the families that are applying for the services. In addition to ERSEA, Sue is the system administrator for ChildPlus, which is the data management software that is used to store the children and family data as well as other key program-related data. Sue has been with East Coast since May of 2005. Prior to joining East Coast, Sue worked for over 17 years for UNC Hospitals in Chapel Hill, NC.
