Nicholas Pappada

Nicholas Pappada is an experienced IT professional with a comprehensive background in systems administration and network management. Currently serving as the IT Director at East Tennessee Human Resource Agency since June 2018, Nicholas previously held the role of Network System Administrator at Texas Municipal Retirement System and worked in various systems administration positions at Michael Angelo's Gourmet Foods and Austin Community College. Nicholas began the career as an IT Intern at Soprema and holds a degree in Computer Information Systems and Business Administration from Kent State University.
