Edward Howell

Edward Howell is currently a Lecturer in International Relations at the Department of Politics and International Relations, University of Oxford, and a Korea Foundation Fellow at Chatham House, where expert analysis on North Korean politics and international relations is provided. With experience as a contributing writer for NK News and Economist Intelligence, Edward specializes in inter-Korean issues and East Asian international relations. Lectures, classes, and supervision for graduate seminars are conducted at New College, Oxford, addressing various topics in International Relations, including the Cold War and Chinese politics. Edward has held positions such as Secretary of the Oxford University Strategic Studies Group and has contributed as a freelance journalist and choral conductor.
