Hal Hodson

Hal Hodson is an accomplished journalist with extensive experience in technology and editorial roles. Currently serving as the Americas editor and previously as a special projects writer and Asia Technology Correspondent at The Economist, Hal has also held the position of Technology Editor & Reporter and US Technology Reporter at New Scientist. Additionally, Hal has freelanced for notable publications including The Guardian, COSMOS, and The Independent, and worked as a reporter at Information Age. Earlier in the career, Hal gained experience as a specialist at Apple. Hal holds a B.A. Mod. Hons. in Physics with Astrophysics from Trinity College Dublin, completed in 2010.
