Neil Paton CLU, CHS, CPCA has a diverse and extensive work experience. Neil began their career in 1975 as an Assistant General Manager at Clevelands House. In 1987, they joined RBC Insurance as the Vice President - Distribution, where they served until 2009. In 2009, they became a Partner, President, and Chief Executive Officer at The Edge Benefits. Neil also served as a Board Member for the Third Party Administrators' Association of Canada (TPAAC) starting in 2018. Currently, they hold the position of Chair of The Board of Trustees at Port Carling United Church since 2020.

Neil Paton CLU, CHS, CPCA completed their BA in Economics at the University of Toronto Mississauga.
