Susan Strathearn

Susan Strathearn has a diverse work experience spanning over 30 years. Susan started their career in 1985 as an Assistant Media Planner at Ted Bates Advertising Agency. Susan then joined Hallmark Canada in 1987 and held various roles as a Brochure Production Coordinator, Product Planner, Merchandising and Signing Strategist, Supervisor of Everyday Greeting Cards, Product Specialist, and Associate Product Manager. In 2008, they worked as an Administrative Assistant at Decision One before becoming a Professional Figure Skating Coach and Canskate Coordinator at King City-Oak Ridges Skating Club. In 2010, they became a Merchandising Associate at American Greetings, and in 2011, they joined Indigo as a Customer Experience Manager. Since 2015, they have been working at The Edge Benefits, initially as a Customer Service Representative, then as a Marketing Administrator, and currently as a Senior Marketing Administrator.
