Garrett Kwan

Garrett Kwan is a dedicated professional with a strong background in mental health and community health services. Currently serving as the Lead Recovery Coordinator at The Edinburg Center since July 2021, Garrett previously worked as a Community Health Worker/Care Coordinator with the Baltimore City Health Department, focusing on assisting seniors and disabled adults during the COVID-19 pandemic. With experience as a Research Assistant at Johns Hopkins Bloomberg School of Public Health, Garrett contributed to data management and systematic reviews in the field of dementia and cognition. Additional roles include providing recovery-oriented services as a Residential Counselor II at The Edinburg Center and offering direct support in mental health community services as an ACCS Specialist with Eliot Community Human Services. Garrett holds a Master of Science in Mental Health from Johns Hopkins Bloomberg School of Public Health and a Bachelor's degree in Public Health from the University of Massachusetts Amherst.
