Alphonsa Joseph

Alphonsa Joseph has worked at several companies since 2013. Alphonsa began their career as a Campus Ambassador for the United Nations. In 2014, they joined AIESEC and held roles as a Team Member for the iGCDP project and an On Site OC for BAALKALAKAAR. Alphonsa then joined Kalyan Eparchy Youth as a Diocesan Executive Committee Member (DEXCO), where they were responsible for planning and executing events of cultural and spiritual significance. In 2016, they joined Intelenet Global Services as a Senior Customer Service Representative, where they worked with Barclays Bank and handled inbound/outbound calls to and from clients and team queries. In 2019, they joined Designer Watches Pvt. Ltd. as a Production Manager and Business Development Executive. In 2020, they joined Kan Innovations as a Business Development Associate and Shaze Luxury Retail Pvt. Ltd. as a Customer Acquisition Executive. Currently, Alphonsa Joseph is an Assistant Manager - Operations and Senior Operations Associate at Editorialist, where they are responsible for taking personal ownership of resolving client issues, performing regular quality checks, making recommendations, administering reports, and implementing process improvement strategies.

Alphonsa Joseph obtained a Bachelor of Arts (BA) in Humanities/Humanistic Studies from St. Andrew's College of Arts, Science and Commerce between 2013 and 2016. Alphonsa also holds a UN Rio 21+ Certification for water conservation from the United Nations.
