Chris Pook has a diverse work experience in various marketing roles. Chris started their career in 2006 as the Head of Marketing at Future Fit Training and was responsible for growing revenues through partnerships and positioning with a gym chain. Chris then joined Carnival UK in 2012 as the Digital CRM Manager, where they played a crucial role in driving treble digit revenue growth and accelerating the company's online direct-to-consumer growth model. In 2014, Chris joined Marie Curie UK as the Senior Manager of CRM and Digital Marketing, where they successfully implemented digital marketing practices and technology to grow digital revenues significantly. In 2016, they moved to Lyst, the world's largest fashion shopping platform, where they held various roles, including Director of Customer Marketing, VP of Customer Retention, and most recently, VP of Growth, Marketplace. In these roles, they were responsible for setting up and growing the retention function, leading the Marketplace business, and driving Lyst's goal of becoming the number one online fashion shopping destination globally. Chris's most recent position was as the VP of Consumer Marketing and GM for the UK at Editorialist, starting in 2023.

Chris Pook attended Bournemouth University from 2002 to 2004, where they pursued a BA (Hons) degree in Advertising and Marketing Communications. Their field of study focused on advertising and marketing during their time at the university.
