Adam Sturt

Adam Sturt currently serves as Vice Principal for Teaching and Learning, Curriculum & Quality at UCS College Group since August 2025 and is a member of the Practitioner Advisory Group for the Society for Education and Training at The Education and Training Foundation since June 2023. Adam holds the position of Chair of Governors at Stanchester Academy and Governor at Court Fields School, both since September 2022 and September 2023, respectively. Previously, Adam was Director of Quality & Teaching, Learning and Assessment at Bridgwater & Taunton College, with various roles spanning from January 2021 to August 2025. Prior experience includes positions at City College Norwich as Head of Sports, Public Services, Hair and Beauty, and Lecturer, among others, from September 2008 to January 2021. Adam's early career also included serving as a Town Councillor at Attleborough Town Council. Academic achievements include a Master of Education in Educational Leadership from the University of Derby (2020-2023) and additional qualifications from several institutions in teaching and leadership.
