Mehul Kotak is a seasoned professional in digital transformation and technology management, currently serving as Digital Transformation Project Manager at the Education and Training Foundation since September 2024. Previous experience includes roles as Senior Tech Manager/Product Owner at UpSkill Universe, where Mehul led the tech team to develop a Learning Experience Platform, and Agile Delivery Manager/Technical Product Owner at Eleven Plus Exams, managing a team to launch a Virtual Learning Environment. Mehul co-founded Biteback Media Ltd. and has significant experience at BlackRock, where leadership spanned various teams to enhance and support Aladdin platforms, as well as experience with Barclays Global Investors overseeing multiple technology initiatives. Mehul’s career began at IBM as a Technical Team Lead in the insurance sector. Educational credentials include a Master of Science in Information Technology from Aston University and a BSc (Hons) in Management Science from The University of Manchester.
