Rhys Davies

Rhys Davies is a seasoned educational leader with extensive experience in the Further Education and Skills sector. As the Director at Equip Consultancy Ltd since April 2018, Rhys specializes in providing consultancy support and training, notably mentoring curriculum managers on T-Level preparation for the Education & Training Foundation. Previously, Rhys served as Vice Principal at East Riding College and Wilberforce College, overseeing curriculum development and quality assurance, while achieving significant improvements in learner outcomes and teaching standards.
