Richard Freeman is an experienced leader in the fields of education and professional development, currently serving as CEO of always possible since July 2015 and as Network Founder and Podcast Host of The Possibility Club since June 2017. Freeman contributes to various organizations, holding roles such as Associate and Professional Development Advisor - T Levels at The Education and Training Foundation, and Fellow at both the Chartered Management Institute and the Royal Society for the encouragement of Arts, Manufactures and Commerce (The RSA). Previous positions include Programme Director for Essex 2020, a county-wide initiative promoting STEAM, Steering Group Member for the Royal Society of Arts - Innovative Education Network, and Trustee for Fair Train. Freeman's educational background includes an MSt from the University of Oxford and a BA(Hons) from Royal Holloway, University of London, along with specialized training in stage technique.
