Lindsay Read

Lindsay Read is an accomplished consultant and education specialist with extensive experience in monitoring and evaluation (M&E) and innovative finance in education. Currently employed at IREX as a Consultant, M&E and Education Specialist since October 2023, Lindsay also serves as an Associate at Unbounded Associates, a firm dedicated to culturally appropriate educational solutions, since October 2018. Previous roles include Consultant at EDC, Development Gateway, and Strategic Financial Adviser for the Ministry of Education and Higher Education in Lebanon. Lindsay has contributed significant research and analysis for The Education Commission and The Brookings Institution, focusing on education financing and accountability. Lindsay holds a Master of Global Policy in International Development from The LBJ School of Public Affairs and dual Bachelor's degrees in Political Science and English from the University of Calgary.
