Soniya Donison has a diverse work experience spanning over 15 years. soniya is currently working as a Marketing Consultant at The Education Group (London) since February 2020. Prior to that, they served as an Executive Director at the Indian School of Business & Computing - ISBC from September 2019. Soniya also has experience as a Director at Petals Montessori School since October 2010. soniya'searlier role was as a Regional Manager at OE4U from August 2005 to April 2010.

Soniya Donison has a varied education history. From 1994 to 1997, they attended West London College and earned a Bachelor's degree in Travel and Tourism. In 2009 to 2010, they attended Indus International School and obtained a Cambridge International Diploma for Teachers and Trainers (CIDTT) in the field of Education. In 2002 to 2003, Soniya studied at the Montessori Centre International and earned a diploma in early childhood. Prior to that, from 1987 to 1993, they attended Burntwood School and completed their General Certificate of Secondary Education (GCSE). Currently, Soniya is pursuing an Open Research degree in Early Childhood Education and Special Needs Education at The Open University.
