Karen McKinley

Karen McKinley has extensive experience in business support and human resources, currently serving as a Business Support Officer at The Education People since September 2018. Additionally, Karen has been with Kent County Council since December 1998, fulfilling the role of Business Support Officer with a focus on the Early Years and Childcare Service. In a previous position as an HR Advisor Assistant Team Leader, Karen demonstrated expertise in comprehensive database management and currently manages an in-house redeployment project.
