The Education Specialists (TES) is a teaching supply agency which offers a bespoke recruitment service for schools and colleges seeking temporary and permanent members of staff. With branches based in Liverpool and Manchester each office comprises an experienced team of specialised consultants, dedicated to providing an outstanding service to both schools and members of our supply team.

Established in 2002, with over 14 years of industry experience behind us, TES is proud of the service we provide to our clients. The name speaks for itself. We specialise in education supply so, unlike other recruitment agencies, we focus all of our energy and expertise into one industry that we are passionate about.

Industry leaders in the North West with over 14 years of experience in education recruitment, we are also a successful independent agency run by many ex-teachers and education professionals. This first-hand experience provides us with invaluable inside knowledge of what our clients want and need; from both a school and teacher perspective.

At TES we retain only the highest quality teachers and support staff for our supply team. This is achieved by providing ongoing support, training and guidance through out an individuals supply teaching career. We maintain close contact with our supply team and ensure feedback is provided on performance and that professional standards are always maintained.

TES are proud holders of the Gold standard REC Audited status which demonstrates our adherence to the highest standards of recruitment and safeguarding in education.

Why choose TES?

At TES we know the contribution supply teachers and classroom support staff make to education, and we strive to ensure you feel valued as a member of our team.

We maintain excellent working relationships with education establishments across the North West and can provide a range of working options, from full time or a few days a week based on individuals circumstances.
