Mihaela Maxim

Mihaela Maxim is currently a Talent Attraction Specialist at JTI (Japan Tobacco International), managing the full-cycle recruitment process for the Romania, Moldova, and Bulgaria markets since July 2024. Prior experience includes a role as Senior Recruiting Coordinator at PeopleScout, where responsibilities encompassed coordinating interviews, sourcing candidates, conducting screenings, and mentoring new joiners, along with initiatives to enhance employee well-being as part of the Mental Health team. Mihaela also worked as a Marketing Copywriter at SEOLITTE, focusing on content creation and SEO optimization, and as a Bookshop Assistant at Cărtureşti, managing inventory and customer interactions. Educational qualifications include a Master of Arts in European Studies: Human Rights and Democratisation in the Caucasus from the Global Campus of Human Rights and a Bachelor of Arts in Sociology from West University of Timisoara. Mihaela is fluent in Romanian and English, with additional language skills in Russian.
