Emilie de la Sablonnière, CRHA, is an experienced talent acquisition consultant currently working at Énergir since January 2019, specializing in diverse recruitment processes across various sectors including HR, Engineering, and IT. Emilie has extensive experience in headhunting, mass recruitment, and developing tailored talent attraction strategies, alongside active participation in employer branding initiatives and HR projects. Prior roles at Énergir include coordinator of organizational development and talent acquisition. Previous experience includes over a decade in retail management with Boutique Jacob inc. and Joe Fresh, where Emilie supervised multiple locations, managed teams, and enhanced customer service standards. Emilie holds a Bachelor's degree in Industrial Relations from Université de Montréal and a Bachelor's degree in Fashion Marketing from UQAM, and is currently pursuing a Master's degree in Industrial Relations at Université de Montréal.
