Nogol Madani is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in leadership, education, and engineering. As Founder and CEO of Glee Factor since April 2017, Nogol Madani established an inclusive model prioritizing experiential learning to enhance team collaboration and culture. Currently serving as a Faculty Member at McGill Executive Institute and an Expert-Trainer at Infopresse, Nogol Madani also hosts the Ambition Challenge for ambitious female professionals. Nogol Madani plays a vital role on the Board of Directors for YES Employment + Entrepreneurship, supporting job seekers and entrepreneurs in Quebec. Previous roles include Experience and Facilitation at CreativeMornings/Montréal and Learning Experience Designer and Facilitator at C2 Montréal. Nogol Madani holds a Master of Engineering from McGill University, a Master Class in designing and facilitating learning spaces from KAOSPILOT, and a Bachelor of Engineering from the University of Tehran.
