The Challenge Participants team at L'effet A consists of women engaged in the "Défi 100 Jours" program, where they collaborate and support each other in overcoming personal and professional challenges. Their efforts focus on empowering each participant to cultivate leadership skills, enhance confidence, and establish a strong network, ultimately contributing to a greater representation of women in organizations.
