Alison Shea

Alison Shea, CEM, currently serves as Senior Vice President of Business Development at The Efficiency Network since January 2024, providing strategic direction and oversight for the business development team. Previously, Alison was the EMBRACE D&I Forum Lead and Vice President of Sales at Limbach Company from September 2020 to December 2023, where initiatives focused on diversity and transforming sales strategies. Alison's experience includes roles at Siemens Industry, Inc. from March 2012 to September 2020, where responsibilities spanned regional sales management and developing energy solutions. Earlier positions included Director of Facilities & Lab Services at the University of Maryland and President and Senior Sales Engineer at Workcast, Inc., along with a tenure as a Senior Sales Engineer at Siemens Industry, Inc. (formerly Landis & Gyr Powers). Alison earned a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from Virginia Tech in 1987.
