Stephen Wilson

Stephen Wilson serves as the Partnership Engagement Manager at The Electoral Commission since August 2022. Previously, from October 2016 to August 2022, Stephen held multiple roles at the House of Commons, including Senior Petitions Communications and Engagement Manager, where outreach and engagement efforts for the Petitions Committee were led. Stephen also provided support to the Public Engagement Group and managed educational content production, securing partnerships and developing relevant materials for UK Parliament. Earlier career experiences include positions as Education Manager at Benjamin Franklin House, Energy Consents and Deployment Case Officer at the Scottish Government, and roles in science communication and education at Glasgow Science Centre and Holytown Primary School. Stephen attained a PGDE in Primary School Teaching from the University of Strathclyde and a BSc (Hons) in Physics from the University of Glasgow.
