Randy Davis is an experienced engineering professional with a strong background in process and manufacturing engineering. Currently serving as a Senior Process Engineer at The Electric Materials Company since November 2019, Randy also holds a position as a Senior Engineer at FLANDERS. Prior roles include Director of Manufacturing at Flanders Inc, where Randy managed over 130 employees and implemented effective communication strategies across departments. Randy has significant experience in motor engineering, having led a team dedicated to reverse engineering various electric motors. With a foundation in engineering management and design, Randy began their career at Electric Materials Company, where responsibilities included managing engineering teams and improving design processes. Randy holds two Associate of Science degrees in Mechanical Engineering/Mechanical Technology/Technician from Gannon University.
