Molly Mendes has a long and varied work experience in the creative field. Molly began their career in 1999 as a Senior Art Director at Planit, where they were responsible for concepting, designing, and supervising the development and production of integrated campaigns. In 2005, they moved to JUICE Pharma Worldwide as a Senior Art Director, developing and executing print and digital tactics. That same year, they also began working at Harrison and Star as a Group Art Supervisor, where they were responsible for executing a variety of print and digital media for a broad range of national and global brands. In 2011, they began teaching at Urban Arts. In 2013, they co-founded The Elixir Haus. From 2014 to 2015, they worked as a Freelance Art Director at Heartbeat Ideas, VP, Associate Creative Director at FCB Health, and Freelance Senior Art Director at RevHealth and H4B Chelsea. In 2015, they also began working as a Freelance Art Director at Ainsley & Co.
Molly Mendes attended Salisbury University from 1993 to 1995, where they studied Fine Arts. Molly then transferred to Towson University from 1995 to 1997, where they earned a Bachelor's Degree in Fine Arts with a Visual Communications/ Photography concentration.
