Allison Ruderman has a diverse work experience in various roles and industries. Allison started their career at Hillstone Restaurant Group, where they worked in operations from December 2010 to January 2015. Allison then joined David Burke Hospitality Management as the Vice President of People & Training, overseeing operations, training, and new restaurant openings across multiple locations. Their time at David Burke Hospitality Management lasted from January 2015 to September 2019. Next, they worked as the Director of People & Culture at Convene, a flexible workspace startup, from October 2019 to November 2020. Following that, they served as the Head of People at Bond Vet, a pet services startup, from November 2020 to July 2021. Their most recent position is as the Vice President at The Elliot Group, an executive search firm specializing in the consumer and service industries. In this role, they cover a wide range of industries and functional disciplines.
Allison Ruderman holds a Bachelor of Arts (BA) degree in History from Dartmouth College. Allison completed their undergraduate education at Dartmouth College in the year 2010.
