Brian Schwartz has extensive work experience in the executive search field. Brian started their career at Advance Tabco as a Value Engineer from June 2007 to August 2008. Brian then joined The Elliot Group, where they held various roles including Search Consultant from September 2010 to October 2015, Vice President from October 2015 to February 2021, and currently serves as the Managing Director of Executive Search since February 2021. In their current role, Brian is responsible for leading the exclusive search team, overseeing active and upcoming engagements, and collaborating with executive leadership on key initiatives and strategies. Brian brings over eleven years of hands-on experience and insight in CxO and Board-level assignments in the consumer space.
Brian Schwartz has a Bachelor of Arts degree in Economics & Italian from the University of Delaware.
