Eric Herbst

Eric Herbst has a diverse work experience spanning across various industries. In 2021, they founded their own company, Eric Ian Advisory Inc. Additionally, they became a member of the Board of Trustees at Walnut Hill School for the Arts. Prior to that, Eric worked as a Managing Director at The Elliot Group, where they played a crucial role in executive search and strategic advisory services. Eric also worked as a Senior Producer for Elliot Productions. Before joining The Elliot Group, Eric served as a Senior Coordinating Producer and Planning Producer at Fusion, an ABC-Univision Joint-Venture. Eric began their career at NBCUniversal, Inc. as an intern at Syfy and later worked in programming and development at Oxygen. Eric also gained experience at Disney ABC Television Group and William Morris Endeavor as a Theatre Intern.

Eric Herbst has a Bachelor's Degree from New York University's Gallatin School of Individualized Study. Eric also has a Diploma in Coaching (Management) from New York University, which they obtained in 2019. Prior to that, Eric attended Walnut Hill School for the Arts, where they focused on an Academic Curriculum with a Theatre Major. In terms of additional certifications, Eric has obtained an Organizational Mindfulness Facilitator certificate and an Organizational Mindfulness Certificate from the Institute for Organizational Science and Mindfulness (IOSM), in September 2023 and June 2023, respectively. Eric is a member of the International Coaching Federation (ICF), earning their ICF Member Badge in March 2022 and achieving the Associate Certified Coach (ACC) credential in April 2021. In 2020, Eric completed a course called "The Science of Well-Being" on Coursera.
