Mike Lee

Mike Lee currently serves as the Chief Financial Officer at The Elmet Group since March 2025. Previously, Mike held the CFO position at Naprotek from September 2022 to March 2025 and at Spirit AeroSystems from January 2020 to September 2022, where responsibilities included facilitating growth and integrating acquisitions. Prior to Spirit AeroSystems, Mike was CFO at Fiber Materials Inc., driving financial improvements and leading to its sale to Spirit AeroSystems. Mike's extensive background includes leadership roles at Fairchild Semiconductor, where oversight of global manufacturing finance was a key focus. An entrepreneur, Mike owned and grew Al's Goldfish Lure Co. and began a career originally in maintenance for semiconductor manufacturing at Fairchild. Educational credentials include an Executive Certificate in Management and Leadership from MIT Sloan School of Management and degrees in Accounting and Electromechanical Technology from the University of Southern Maine and Central Maine Community College, respectively.
