Thomas Masters has a diverse work experience, starting their career as a Structured Finance Valuation Analyst at EY in 2014. Thomas then worked as an Investment Banking Analyst at Pursuit Advisory from 2015 to 2016. Thomas later joined Rent The Runway, where they held two roles: Senior Manager, Finance & Strategy from 2018 to 2020, and Customer Experience & Retail Strategy from 2017 to 2018. In 2020, they became a Venture Capital Associate at Beacon. Thomas then worked as a Summer Investment Associate at SWAT Equity Partners in 2021. Currently, Thomas is an MBA candidate at The Wharton School, and in 2022, they will join The Ember Company as a Principal.
Thomas Masters completed a Master of Business Administration degree with a focus on Economics and Italian Studies from the Wharton School in 2022. Prior to that, they earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in Economics and Italian Studies from New York University.
