Tanisha Woods

Director of Applied Behavior Anaylsis at The Emerge Center

Tanisha Woods (Bias) is a Board Certified Behavioral Analyst (BCBA) that holds an extensive background in the field of Applied Behavior Analysis. She earned her Bachelors of Science from Iowa State University in Biology with a minor in Criminal Justice. She received her Masters of Science in Forensic (with an emphasis in Psychology) from Nebraska Wesleyan University. In February 2016, Tanisha became a Board Certified Behavior Analyst. She has practiced in school, clinic, and home settings with individuals with autism, along with other individuals with cognitive and developmental delays ranging from the ages of 12 months to 15 years old. She is an adjunct faculty member with The Chicago School of Professional Psychology; where she teaches courses [Behavior Assessment, Concepts and Principles, and Practicum (Fieldwork experience)] to masters-level students.
