Shayne Elsworth

Shayne Elsworth has a robust background in educational leadership, currently serving as Vice Principal (Curriculum & Outcomes) at Bede Academy since April 2015, following roles as AVP Curriculum and Senior Strategic Director at the same institution. Prior experience includes positions at The Future Leaders Trust as a Future Leader (Cohort 2011) and at The Samworth Enterprise Academy, where Shayne held roles as Assistant Principal and Acting Deputy Principal. Earlier in the career, Shayne was an AST in Mathematics at The Lancaster School. Academic qualifications include a Bachelor of Engineering (B.Eng.) in Aeronautical Engineering from Loughborough University, a Post Graduate Certificate of Education (PGCE) in Secondary Mathematics from the University of Leicester, and a NPQH from the National College for Teaching and Leadership.
