Gerald Roy

Gerald Roy has extensive experience in finance and accounting roles. Gerald worked as the Chief Financial Officer at The Employment Law Group, P.C. where they oversaw accounting, finance, and administrative functions. Gerald also held the position of VP of Finance at Curb (App), where they were responsible for all financial aspects of the company, including successfully leading an acquisition and a sale of a division. Prior to this, Gerald held various finance and accounting positions at M3 USA, BSI, Media Cybernetics, Verio, and Servicetech, Inc. In these roles, they managed financial reporting, planning, and analysis, and was involved in acquisitions and integration processes. Gerald has a strong track record of successfully managing financial operations and driving growth and efficiency.

Gerald Roy obtained a Bachelor's Degree in Accounting and Finance from McMaster University, where they studied from 1990 to 1994. Prior to that, they completed a Business degree at Mohawk College from 1988 to 1990, specializing in Business, Management, Marketing, and Related Support Services. Gerald also holds a certification in Canadian Securities from the Canadian Securities Institute (CSI).
