The Enablement Squad
Alicia Heagle is an accomplished professional in revenue enablement, currently leading initiatives at Modern Treasury since March 2023. Simultaneously, Alicia serves as the Mentorship Program Co-Chair at The Enablement Squad and Co-President of the Seattle Chapter of the Revenue Enablement Society. Alicia's previous experience includes a managerial role at Highspot, where responsibilities encompassed overseeing enablement teams and executing annual strategies. Alicia also developed a sales onboarding program that significantly reduced ramp-up time for new hires. Earlier in Alicia's career, significant roles included Team Lead and Senior Account Executive at PayScale, Inc. and Customer Development Manager at PepsiCo, where a strong focus on account management and relationship building drove business growth. Alicia holds a Bachelor of Arts in Communications from the University of Washington.
