Joe Witkowski

Joe Witkowski has a diverse work experience spanning over 14 years. Starting with an internship at CSX Technology in 2006, they went on to work as a Solution Center Consultant at ADP, where they provided dedicated support for national-level clients and developed support tools using C#.net Win forms.

In 2011, they joined CSX Technology again as a Software Developer, focusing on railroad maintenance systems and developing software utilizing C#.net Windows Forms, Oracle PLSQL, and Sybase iAnywhere. Joe also designed a Geo-tagging application with the use of DotSpatial API and Nintendo Wiimote.

From 2013 to 2014, Joe worked as a Developer II at Black Knight Financial Services Data & Analytics, specializing in .Net technologies and handling loan origination and default software for major banks globally.

In 2014, Joe joined Etchasoft Inc. as a Software Developer, where they worked on ASP.net web development with various frameworks and technologies such as MVC, Knockout, Bootstrap, Jquery, HTML, and CSS.

Joe then moved to The Energy Authority in 2015, initially as a Software Engineer before advancing to Senior Software Engineer. During their time there, they introduced key concepts and frameworks, designed and developed Angular applications, and maintained and monitored existing systems. In 2018, they became a Solutions Architect and led the Candor team's efforts in developing a blockchain solution for the energy industry. Currently, Joe holds the position of Director of Technology Innovation at The Energy Authority.

Joe Witkowski has an Associate of Arts - AA degree in Computer Science from Florida State College at Jacksonville, which they completed from 2015 to 2017. Prior to that, they obtained a Technical Certificate in Cisco Certified Network Associate from the same institution, completing it in 2006. In addition to their formal education, Joe has also obtained a certification in Machine Learning from Coursera in July 2019.
