Crystal Hannah is an experienced professional with a robust background in service coordination and document management. Currently serving as the New Service Coordinator at The Energy Cooperative since February 2017, Crystal acts as the primary contact and subject matter expert for the electrical division, overseeing member service applications, upgrades, and relocations. Previous experience includes a role as Document Controller at Siemens Energy Inc., where Crystal contributed to establishing collaborative best practices for project documentation, and as an Accounting Operations Specialist at JPMorgan Chase & Co., where complex customer issues were resolved efficiently. Crystal also held a position at New Century Mortgage, ensuring accurate data registration and communication with title and escrow companies. Crystal holds a diploma in General Studies from Utica High School, obtained in 1998.

The Energy Cooperative is an electric, natural gas, and propane cooperative serving more than 69,000 members in east central Ohio. Our mission is to provide safe and reliable energy to our members with highly responsive service, consistent with the Cooperative Principles. The Energy Cooperative Family: In October of 1998, Licking Rural Electrification, Inc. acquired National Gas & Oil Company and its subsidiaries, National Gas & Oil Corp., Producers Gas Sales, NGO Development Corp., NGO Transmission, Inc., and NGO Propane. The Energy Cooperative is the trade name used by LRE and its subsidiaries, which operate as separate corporations.
