Danielle Fuller-Wimbush, PhD, serves as the Director of Grants Management for Energy Foundation China since March 2021, focusing on supporting the transition to clean energy and reducing global carbon emissions. Previously, Danielle held the position of Director of Partner Support & Grantmaking at the Unitarian Universalist Service Committee from December 2015 to October 2020, overseeing grantmaking initiatives in climate justice and human rights. Additional experience includes roles as a consultant for USAID in Afghanistan, the World Bank, and Oxfam America, along with research contributions at the Heller School for Social Policy at Brandeis University. Danielle holds a PhD in Social Policy from Brandeis University, a Master's in Public Administration from the University of Southern California, and a Bachelor's degree in Intercultural Studies from Biola University.
