Lewis Griffin

Lewis Griffin has over two decades of experience in recruitment and management across various sectors. Currently serving as Managing Director at The Engage Partnership since September 2017, Lewis previously held positions including Partnership Director in Bristol and Business Manager, focusing on permanent and contract placements in key technical areas. Prior experience includes Senior Consultant at Talent, where Lewis contributed to the growth of the recruitment business across New Zealand, Australia, Asia, Europe, and the USA. Lewis also worked as a Consultant in Programme and Project Management at Timothy James Consulting, and held managerial roles at NatWest, where significant achievements in business development and performance transformation were accomplished. Education was completed at Chew Valley Secondary School.
