Tim Fahey

Workshop Manager at Flow Engineering

Tim Fahey has worked in a variety of roles in the engineering and construction industry since 2001. From 2001 to 2010, they worked for Alstom Power as a Project Co-ordinator, Safety Officer, Site Supervisor, and Mechanical and Welding. From 2010 to 2015, they worked for The Engineering Company as a Project Manager and Estimator, and from 2011 to 2012, they were also Acting Project Manager for OSM Group. In 2012, they worked for Walz Construction as a Mechanical Supervisor at the Mt Carlton Gold Mine Project in Queensland, and for Newcrest Mining / Process Plants International as a Mechanical Supervisor for the Cadia Valley Expansion Project in New South Wales. Tim also worked for OSM Group from 2011 to 2012 as a Mechanical QA/QC Supervisor on the MOPU Project at New Million Ounce Gold Processing and Recovery for Newcrest Mining LIHIR Island in Papua New Guinea. From 2015 to the present, they have been working for The Engineering Company as a Workshop Manager and Project Manager.

Tim Fahey obtained their Boilermaker Welding Certificate from Hobart Technical College between 1973 and 1977. Tim also earned a Higher Schools Certificate from Smithton High School Tasmania.
