Katherlyn Geter

Katherlyn Geter has a diverse work experience spanning various industries and roles. Katherlyn most recently worked as a Project Manager at The Enterprise Center starting in 2023. Prior to that, they were a Sales Coordinator Admin Analyst at Cigna from 2022 to 2023.

From 2018 to 2022, Katherlyn served as a Commissioner at Hamilton County Government. During the same period, they were also the Executive Director at PURPOSE POINT COMMUNITY RESOURCE CENTER INC from 2018 to 2021.

Some of their previous roles include Health Navigator and Faith Community Health Ministry Network Coordinator at CHI Memorial, Activity Coordinator at It Matters Wellness, Lead Navigator Coordinator at Family, Children Services Nashville TN, and Manager Affordable Care Act at Erlanger Medical Center.

Earlier in their career, they worked as the SHIP Program Coordinator at SE TN Development District and as a Service Coordinator Public Housing at Partnership for Families, Children and Adults. Katherlyn Geter has gained extensive experience in project management, sales coordination, community resource management, and public healthcare outreach throughout their career.

Katherlyn Geter completed a Certificate of Pastoral Ministries in Church Leadership at Tennessee Temple University from 2013 to 2015. Prior to that, they obtained a Bachelor of Applied Science (B.A.Sc.) in Human Services Management from The University of Tennessee at Chattanooga from 1998 to 2000. Katherlyn also attended Cleveland State Community College from 1996 to 1997, where they did not obtain a degree but studied Nursing. Additionally, they studied Nursing and Social Work at Chattanooga State Community College from 1993 to 1996. Katherlyn earned a Certificate of Completion Patient Navigation from the Harold P. Freeman Patient Navigation Institute in June 2015, a Certificate of Completion Faith Health Ambassador from the Tennessee Department of Health in May 2015, and a Certificate in Pastoral Ministries from Tennessee Temple University in April 2015. Katherlyn also obtained a Certificate of Completion / SSDI-SSI Assistance for Homeless from The AIM Center in December 2014. In March 2011, they became a Chronic Disease Self-Management Leader through Stanford University. Furthermore, they obtained a FFM Navigator certification from the Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services in August 2016. In January 2017, they became a Facilitator for Microclinic International. Finally, they earned a Certified Application Counselor (CAC) designation from the Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services in November 2015.
