Geoff Sheffield

Geoff Sheffield's work experience includes a range of roles in the gift and toy industry. Geoff is currently the Chief Commercial Officer (CCO) at The Entertainer since October 2022. Prior to that, they held the position of Chief Commercial & Marketing Officer from March 2021 to March 2023. Geoff also served as the Director of Buying at The Entertainer from May 2020 to March 2021. Before joining The Entertainer, Geoff founded HeyBear Consulting in 2016, where they leveraged their 20+ years of industry experience to guide companies in their international sales strategy. Geoff also worked as the VP Sales & Marketing for UK & Eire, Middle East & India at MTW Toys S.A. from September 2016 to May 2020. Geoff has also held leadership positions at RM Group/RM Retail JLT, Gulf Greetings, and Russ Berrie (UK) Ltd, where they contributed to the growth and strategy of various retail chains and divisions.

Geoff Sheffield pursued their education at Middlesex University from 1991 to 1993, where they earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in European Business Administration. Following this, they attended Fachhochschule fuer Technik und Wirtschaft Reutlingen from 1993 to 1995. During this period, Geoff completed a Europaeissches Studienprogramm fuer Betriebswirtschaft, leading to the attainment of a Diplom Betriebswirt.
