Phil Burn

Phil Burn has extensive experience in retail and operations management, currently serving as the Head of ELC and Partner Development at The Entertainer since September 2009. Previous positions at The Entertainer include Head of International Operations, International Operations Manager, Area Manager, and Retail Communications Manager. Prior to this, Phil worked at Woolworths from August 2001 to December 2008 in various roles, including Communications and Workload Planning, Productivity Project Manager for 'Rituals and Routines,' and Store Manager, with full accountability for sales and store performance metrics. Phil holds an M.A. in International Business from the University of Newcastle at Northumbria and a 2:1 degree in Business Admin & Sports Studies from the University of Northampton.
