David Hebert

David Hebert, PMP, has extensive experience in business development, defense, and naval operations. David currently serves as the Vice President of Business Development at The Entwistle Company, where they are responsible for expanding support for the Navy and other Armed Services. Prior to this, they worked as the VP of Business Development - Sea at Rolls-Royce, leading all business development efforts associated with Navy, US Marine Corps, and Coast Guard engines and systems. David also served as the Deputy Director Navy Business Development at General Dynamics Mission Systems, overseeing the growth of the Surface Ship Business Segments. Earlier in their career, they worked at WBB as a Defense and Acquisition consultant, specializing in supporting the Department of the Navy.

David's experience in the US Navy includes roles such as OPNAV N852 (Branch Head Mine Warfare) and Commanding Officer at NOSC Little Rock. David also served on various naval vessels in roles such as Executive Officer, Navigator, and Chief Engineer. Overall, David Hebert's work experience demonstrates their expertise in defense, business development, and naval operations.

David Hebert, PMP's education history starts in 1986 when they began attending the United States Naval Academy. David pursued a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Engineering during their time at the academy, and they completed their studies in 1990.

After graduating from the academy, David went on to further their education at the Naval Postgraduate School. From 1994 to 1997, they studied at this institution and obtained a Master of Science (MS) degree in Physics.

Aside from their academic achievements, David Hebert has also obtained the Project Manager Professional (PMP) certification, which they acquired in September 2013 from the Project Management Institute (PMI).
