Adialyn Milien

Adialyn Milien has a strong background in communications and event coordination. Adialyn is currently the Director of Communications President HOD at The Episcopal Church. Prior to this role, they worked as a Digital Evangelist at Ethnic Ministries Episcopal Church, where they developed communication/marketing strategies for a national conference and created video and social media content for various projects. Adialyn also served as the Communication & Event Coordinator at St. Paul & Santisima Trinidad Episcopal, where they increased the volume of hall rentals and organized multiple events each year. Adialyn also worked as a Communications Associate at the Episcopal Diocese of California and as a Parish/School Administrator at St. Christopher's by-the-Sea Episcopal Montessori School. Additionally, Adialyn held the position of Interim Communications Coordinator at the Episcopal Diocese of Southeast Florida, where they managed diocesan-wide communications, increased online presence, and coordinated major events. Lastly, they worked as a Newsletter Editor in Chief at Wingspan seminars.

Adialyn Milien completed their education with a Master of Business Administration (MBA) from the University of Miami Herbert Business School in 2017-2018. Prior to that, they obtained a Bachelor's degree in Communication and Media Studies from St. Thomas University in the years 2012-2015. Adialyn also holds an Associate of Arts (AA) degree in International/Global Studies from The University of the South, which they completed in 2010-2012.
