Melanie Mullen has a diverse work experience that spans various roles in different organizations. In 2000, they worked in the Minority Corporate Counsel Association in a development role until 2002. From 2003 to 2006, they served as a Development Associate at the National Law Center on Homelessness & Poverty. In 2007, Melanie became the Director of Development at the Lutheran Volunteer Corps, a position they held until 2009. Next, they joined St. Paul's Episcopal Church in Richmond, VA as a Priest for Downtown Mission from October 2012 to March 2017. Currently, they work as the Director of Reconciliation, Justice, and Creation Care at The Episcopal Church, a position they started in March 2017.
