Patricia Holley

Patricia Holley is an accomplished Senior Human Resources Officer at The Episcopal Church since July 2011, bringing extensive experience in human resources management. Prior to this role, Patricia served as the VP of Human Resources at Abyssinian Development Corporation from January 2002 to February 2011, where significant achievements included the development of an automated Performance Management System and an effective HR portal. Patricia also held various managerial positions at the General Board of Global Ministries from August 1984 to October 2001, focusing on benefits management, policy development, and compliance. Patricia holds a BBA in Marketing/Advertising from Baruch College, earned between 1975 and 1982.
