Susan Brown Snook

Susan Brown Snook currently serves as the Bishop of the Episcopal Diocese of San Diego, a position held since June 2019. Prior to this role, Susan was the Canon for Church Growth and Development at the Episcopal Diocese of Oklahoma from July 2017 to May 2019. Susan's experience also includes founding and pastoring the Episcopal Church of the Nativity from June 2006 to June 2017, as well as serving as Associate Rector at St. Anthony on the Desert Episcopal Church and Curate at St. Peter's Episcopal Church. Before entering ministry, Susan spent several years in the corporate sector as a Tax Manager at Deloitte. Educational qualifications include a Master of Divinity from the Church Divinity School of the Pacific, an MBA in Accounting from Rice Business, and a Bachelor of Arts in English from Rice University.
