Ken Hayes

Ken Hayes has over 20 years of experience in IT and operations management. Ken most recently worked at Ergobaby as the Senior Director of IT, where they were responsible for strategic planning, maintaining compliance with security standards, and managing the company's networks and systems. Prior to that, they served as the Director of IT at K. Bell Socks, overseeing all aspects of IT infrastructure and support. Ken also has experience as the VP of Operations at MAG Manufacturing, where they managed IT projects and gained operational experience. Ken started their career as a Senior Programmer/Analyst, working on various projects involving system integration and development.
