Jason McConnell is an experienced operations and communications manager with a robust background in network administration and personnel training. Currently serving as Operations Manager at Ergonomic Group since October 2021, Jason previously held the position of Regional Manager at USEye, overseeing maintenance and upgrades across 27 locations. Prior experiences include Help Desk Manager at WellLife Network and various roles within the United States Department of Defense, where Jason managed communications and network systems for large military personnel, advised foreign nationals on communications implementation, and maintained significant equipment assets. Jason holds a Master of Science in Counseling from LIU Post and a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from Hofstra University.
