Prior to these roles, John served as Unified Communications Administrator at Steward Health Care from May 2010 to November 2021, focusing on Enterprise Telecom Administration and the Cisco Unified Collaboration Suite. Previous experience includes Technical Support and Data Analyst roles at Eastern Advertising, Inc. and Graphic Designer and PC Specialist at FedEx Office. Education includes an Associate of Arts and Sciences (A.A.S.) in Design and Visual Communications from Gibbs College, along with other educational credentials from American International College, Emerson College, and South Boston Heights Academy.
